You answer your own question when you say why does cardiac patient
Eisner choose a salary rather than options. An obvious choice if
he suspects that he may not live to a ripe old age. Looking at the
annual report I am impressed by the range of their assets which must
have potential if organized properly. I also suspect that DIS is one of those stocks, like Coca-Cola, that has a very significant number of private investors who will hold come hell or high water and this may limit any downside.
