It is a concern but not too much of one at this point I think. Was addressed on the conf call and moves are being made to address this in congress. But if you consider that around 150,000 buidings are targeted in this country and they have 4800 with a target of 8000 by year end, plenty of room to grow and get access - ie can leave the unreasonable landlords behind and still grow nicely.
