Hutch Re Your Gold Questions Hi Hutch, All good questions, but IMHO we are all standing around in the dark trying to feel our way. Hopefully, when we average in our minds the bearish and bullish articles, news and thread comments, we get some enlightenment. All I know is that you short things that are high and buy things that are low and gold is too far off its $800 high (65%) for me to short. I am long gold with about 10-15% of my portfolio (rest is a little oil stocks and cash). I try to trade around the gold position as opportunities arise. While I managed to sell a little before the last drop and would have sold more the morning of the drop, sadly it was not to be. Happy trading. John
