Well Sultan.... Just as I expected, Fred was anxious to get DOCs, and Rube would not want OTEXT to spoil his job position at HUM. Even though there may be some doubt whether OTEXT would sweeten the bid, they have a valid point if in fact they were not given fair access to DOCs books. Like you said, a purchase sucks... no tax recovery, and goodwill on the books. It appears that DOCs shareholders take it on the chin again, and may have been deprived of a possible higher bid than $11! This is the end of this board, however, the saga continues....on the HUM board.
