Yes Ken...it is a very long announcement that I am sure will be posted. Basically, Altris get a $4 Million cash infusion, gives up 60% of the UK operation, and issues 1,000,000 additional shares to Spescom, the South African Company that is our partner. Too much to post at one time. Also pre-announced was a poor ( probable ) first quarter with a possible loss of 26 cents versus 30 cents last year. I am not at all shocked or surprised by the first quarter...I think all of us suspected that transitioning to EB would hurt sales in the short term, but obviously help in the long term. More after the announcement is posted by SIer or others. We will all be able to comment and interpret here...I am sure the news will be sorted out by our other thread members. Elliot
