Here's the squib from Bloomberg....

AgriBioTech Inc. (ABTX) rose 0.7 euro, or 11.7 percent, to 6.7 in Germany. The seed company posted a loss of 5 cents a share for the fiscal third quarter ended March 31, including about $2 million in restructuring charges, compared with earnings of 13 cents a year earlier. AgriBioTech rose 13/16 to 6 7/8.

Where's the part that says earnings were better than expected?
