RE: "15 Reasons" - Now that the CMGI deal has closed and MSGI has forced the conversion of the GE preferred shares and now that the insider selling and GE trimming (as was required) is done, this company can now go straight up.

And, in my opinion, this company will begin to soar with news of 1.) analyst coverage and 2.) confirmation of listing on Nasdaq Nat'l Market. Earnings are out on Monday and Ed Mullen becomes MSGI President, officially, on Wednesday.

I'm still looking for another Qtr. of double-digit revenue growth and another significant move towards profitability. I'm also hoping to have some announcements of new contracts/clients that will also generate additional revenues moving forward.

AND, we all know, based on J. Barbara's comments, that another acquisition(s) is in the works to reach his goal of making MSGI a $250+ revenue company by the end of 1999. In my opinion, you can bet that D. Wetherell and Ed Mullen will see that it happens.
