N7 - why do you expect cpi to be adjusted down next month? no matter what, the mkts WANT to react to any news that even hints of infl'n...the mkts have been strong for so long, and everyone is looking for doubt that the bull can live on. rich - maybe my futures quote was wrong...the #s are jumping around a lot...i didn't think most of the premkt quotes were down that much before...now they are down a lot more. i still think we need to stay calm and cool...this # is just one data pt...the fed doesn't react to only one piece of info...and, so far, nothing else points to infl'n...
