Bear in mind that at the beginning of next week, ABTX must make a registration of shares. This registration is one to which they are contractually bound by the terms and conditions of the convertibles and is business as usual and nothing else. It could well be that the rather gentle manner in which the shorts are accepting the small loss for the third quarter could be in anticipation of the full blown frontal attack which they contemplate when this registration is made public next week.

The registration is a non event. As stated, it is a contractual requirement in order to put the shares in place should they be necessary for the reset on the convertibles. Budd has previously stated and reiterated on the conference call that the company would pay off these obligations in cash so as to effect little if any dilution. It is a certainty that that story will be twisted to have a negative connotation.

Budd also commented upon the company's plans with regard to certain marker payments as required under the various acquisitions. These payments will be made for the most part in cash and the portion which
will be handled by stock will be determined by the then current stock value. Again these items are non events as regards dilution as the amount of stock involved is so small as to be de minimis.

Although I don't see the seas ahead to be all free sailing, I believe that management has more than adequately shown themselves to have undertaken the tasks necessary to right the ship and bring it safely to its desired destination.
