Concerns on preferred shares is unwarranted. I have seen some comments here about concern over the BHUB/SLEU preferred shares being sold in the market and this is totally impossible. The shares would have to be redeemed (cause they aren't convertible) and then any common stock that might be issued would have to be restricted, and the only way that restricted stock can be sold is after a one year waiting period or via a registration statement with the SEC (which we all know hasn't happened). And either way, any restricted shares could only be sold under the SEC's 144 rules, which means that you won't see that much stock come out in such a short time frame.
