Q. Can anyone explain to me, in logical terms, what the heck happened yesterday. Yesterday, one house lowers rating and forward EPS estimates and today another house raises rating.

I can think of many different scenarios but they are all negative and speculative.

Any thoughtful insight is greatly appreciated.
