If this piece of news isn't the beginning of the end, I don't know what is - and remember, I have less than 3 months left on my original 8/98 prediction way back on this thread. The big news is the previously unmentioned delay now associated with a 'performance revalidation process. This event has never been expected or hinted at in any ERTH filings.... yet another disappointment for ERTH's pathetic stockholders.... the prior info suggested that ERTH would simply begin shipping the containers and collecting royalties at this point... now its going to be at least another 5 months, and that's assuming that McDonald's is totally satisfied with the product and does not request that ERTH engage in additional tinkering with the clamshells. newsalert.com newsalert.com
