Don't hold your breath ... Bernie is spiining off all the assets of CITX and he is becoming the CEO of those PRIVATE INDEPENDENT companies. They will not come into CBQ even if they do the deal which is why he spun them off. He has a non-bidding letter of intent. No DD I know is being done NOR has an execution contract been sent to him ... Again if it is not in black and white it is not in the picture. They are still negotiating but Bernie now has to get Rick and the new board's vote to give him stock and all in an assetless vitual company. Now back to the real facts. The Fort Worth Telegram I believe is doing an article on bid4it, GLP & CBQ. :-) GB
