Delighted the trial has been concluded. All other things being equal this should reduce the burn rate for the next quarter. Do we know what the mortality requirement was? Do we know what the total mortality in the trial to date was? Does anyone like waiting for an "appropriate" form, of non shareholders, before results are released? Does anyone think XOMA management understands they are a small, capital short company, that will be handicapped in any negotiation for partnerships or financing by the low price of their stock? While we are kept in the dark institutional interest has begun to show up. Over 200,000 shares traded today. Did the sellers know as much as the buyers? Time is running out for the annual meeting vote. Once again, I urge everyone to vote against management on all proposals. IMO the annual meeting is an appropriate forum to tell management that shareholders need to and can be told what is going on much more than has been done in the past.
