You're onto us. But it took you long enough. :-)

In any case, this is just another tempest in a teapot.

Yes CPI is up a little. Big deal. Productivity is up more.

Industrial production came in higher than expected. But guess what, Inventories came in up 0.5% rather than the expected 0.2%.

So production was used to build inventories. To sell those inventories, some deflationary pressure is imminent.

The bond ghouls are doing their darndest to convince me they're amoebic imbeciles only able to react to a single stimulus at any particular moment. ... and usually the last one received. Given the amount of money they're moving, it's difficult to believe that they could all be that simpleminded.

Oh well, another little buying opportunity.
