I was a bit leary at first too(as you can see if you go through my posts on the other cule thread). In short, I think the main MNGD shareholders, now CULE, got fed up with the industry and decided to call it quits. They ended-up acquiring Cool Entertainment through a share exchange. Basically a private company became public by acquiring a publicly traded shell. So...the original MNGD holders have a lot of shares and so do the owners of Cool. Everything has been transferred to Cool management so it's not like there are miners running an internet start-up. (: That would be funny! Anyway, I am sure the former shareholders will just sit back and enjoy the ride now. After speaking with IR and the management, I am very confident that these guys can pull it off. They also have restrictions on the 144'd shares the start becoming available for trading in a year or so. Current float is 2-4 million according to Clement Lau(president).
