Crap, I flipped ONCE on MMPT, looks like they do penalize.

Whatever. I've flipped several times and I still get IPOs. But I'm so tired of this crap, believe what you want.

Believe that they penalized you for flipping even though many who flip still get shares, if you want.

Believe that they've gone to a lottery even though no one with a late time stamp ever gets shares, if you want.

Believe that they're specifically out to avoid giving shares to you, if you want.

I just don't care any more.

Oh, yes. Believe that no matter how many times it's been explained that you need "Cash or Option Buying Power" in your account the morning of the night that the issue prices that it's still unclear what it takes cash-wise to get shares, if you want.

I'm through trying to explain and clarify those topics.
