It has never been operational. It looks and feels cheesy. The supposed "new search engine technology" has never made sense. The company makes no money. Here and elsewhere an obvious pump-and-dump scam hyping WCTI was run under various poster names. To be sure, it worked for a flash in time as WCTI ran up to the mid-$30s, but look where it is now.
