Interesting. If you look at the valuations being assigned to many of the IPO's recently I believe the process goes like this.
Step 1. Take a long sheet of paper.
Step 2. Write numbers starting at $1 at the bottom and moving up get as many numbers in as you can. Tape this to a wall.
Step 3. Put on a blindfold and throw a dart. Voila the price!!!!!!!

Concerning the question do we hold? If a company has a real business, some track record, real sales and relationships and can show that it can implement and grow. The answers are obvious. Some will take their investment off the table and allow the gain to grow or not as the case may be. Long term players usually win where the company is real.
