Just heard the Bloomberg interview with Bill Wallace of the "Life Foundation Trust". Here are the lowlights:

Wallace refused to answer any questions about the so-called oil and gas properties.
Wallace refused to say where the other offices of the Trust were.
Wallace refused to discuss any of the charities referred to in the press release or provide an example.
Wallace gave no insight as to say why the "Trust" was investing in HITT at a premium price or at any price for that matter.
Wallace refused to provide any information, even generally, as to how the trust had been funded.
Wallace stated there was no connection between Simtec and LFT.

An abridged version will be re-enacted on tomorrow night's SNL.
