Rambi,

Yes the market can turn on a dime. The markets are alway very fluid, however, prices do trend. What has gotten me concerned lately has been the failure of some of the key avgs. to rally at a time where they really needed to repair some damage. The reason why my post may have sounded more decisive was because with the indexes sitting at such a critical place I have been waiting for them to make a decisive move up. Yesterday's move in the bond market should have been enough to have pushed the indexes higher. The lack of an advance coupled with the way so many of these stocks closed (and their overall chart patterns) led me to believe that caution is the way to play it here. Besides some of the other things that I pointed out like the VIX.

Regards,

SO
