Steve - BIDS Q1 financials are out. Small outfit,growth in revenue and margins looks like its doing the right things. this company's stock seems to have been hammered coming and going by it's former financier/market "maker" (LOL). But, I suspect that its exclusive franchise on the Dutch Auction software may make it a cheap takeover target at these prices. Do you also put a high value on this particular asset? And, more importantly, what methodology do you use to value something like this? TIA, Don.
