Phil,

I think that the activity on Wednesday was about 25,000 shrs.
Then on Thursday it was around 3000. Friday it went back to
zero. I heard somewhere, and I don't remember where, that there
was a potential buyout offer being considered. I don't know what
would make someone do that, but hey, if it brings the stock price
back I'm for it!!

I'll keep my ears and eyes open. Let me know if you hear anything.
