Michael,

What is Glencarins intensions????? To ultimetly make money too! This was one reason why I invested in Wheaton River Minerals. Glencarins and Wheaton River Minerals share similar directors and since the outlook for WRM along with their subsidiaries is very positive, what better way for Glencarins to make money for their own benefit!! I don't think GLJ would have taken down the private placements with the intentions of making a little bit of money, I think they see an opportunity to make much more!
As for the value on YGC all I can say is the future looks very positive for them too.(just my opinion)They have good properties and solid JV companies working those properties!
I anticipate lots of excitement in the Yukon this year and judging by all the late discoveries by numerous companies in the Finlayson Lake area last year there should be tons of interest in the next few months!
What I would like to know is who is going to buy the control block in YGC??????????????? An existing company in the area???????????? Foreign investors???Wouldn't it be nice if a major took control???????

Matt
