Don, I usually get the insider information from the Financial Post or Globe and Mail. I don't know how to find the TSE insider information on the net. The problem is that the buying can be by someone who is not legally an insider so we can't determine whether or not it is an insider. For example, an anonymous poster on this thread who claimed to have been an insider of GNS (Biocoll) suggested that the company pumps up the stock price prior to a financing. The company scoffed at this notion. Guess what happened prior to the next financing. The price and volume rose significantly and then dropped after the financing. Who did the buying. Officially, it did not appear to be insiders. Maybe it wasn't. But....
If I am going to sell, which I have in the past, I try wait for a financing in hopes of getting a good price. I checked recently and there appears to be no financings on the horizon.
On a positive note, the stock is holding above the $2.00 level quite nicely and this is a down day. Let's hope we see this continue next week. The real test, in my opinion, will be when the Q1 results come out.
I still hold a significant position in this stock.
Regards, Ed
