Profile Appointment

appointment of prominent advertising executive Mary Doan to the company's
Internet Advertising Advisory Board.

Mrs. Doan was most recently the Worldwide Director of Client Service

"innovation in communication" web site. Prior to her appointment, she was
CEO and President of Saatchi & Saatchi San Francisco and the Worldwide
Account Director for the Hewlett-Packard account. Mrs. Doan has 18 years
advertising experience, a Masters in International Management from the
American Graduate School of International Management and a B.A. in
linguistics from the University of California at Berkeley. She is currently
a marketing, advertising and Internet consultant based in San Francisco.
