If sebl buys jd edwards, i will sell my position and short the hell out of the stock. JD Edwards is a train wreck of an as/400 erp company.

I've heard rumors that tom was noodling about buying an erp vendor, but why when he has publicly stated that "the store is closed."

erp is dead, tom had damned well better know that too.

i view this agreement as nearly irrelevant.
