Sam,

I got the 24 pairs number from a post on AOL. I also confirmed it with a retailer in Southern California who got one pair. He said Oakley made 50 pairs and half of them went to atheletes and Oakley execs and the other half were sent one each to selected retailers. Apparently each pair has it's own serial number. I did see the pair he had and it was pretty awesome. Kind of a pewter look and heavy. Not anyone will be able to "pull-off" wearing them. More for the Dennis Rodman type. But, the hefty price tag does not seem to be a problem. The retailer told me that Sakuras and Matsudas and Armanis sell all day long in the $300-$400 price range. So why not Oakley at $250. Problem is he was taking orders at $300. Saying they are hard to get. Kinda like paying over sticker for a new car. Anyway, I like the stock, but look for short term volatility. I think I will buy half a position to hold and trade in-and-out of the other half.

Good Luck,

Sam
