KG4 & All,

Here's part of the email I just received from Don L. I had written asking for information on Dr. Swors comments and this is what he sent to me: "He referred to a Hyper Deployment Plan. It is just that... a plan. (and a damned good one!). This would place our hardware (TouchPorts) and software (OASiS V2) in a very large network of facilities". Sounds interesting.

At one time yesterday (according to quote.com) the asking price was over 1.00. I'm thinking like you..... the MM's are trying to frustrate the present stock holders,(and they it seems they're doing a good job), to the point that they will sell at a lower price than they bought in at. They buy all the shares back, jack the asking price way up so the company is WAY over valued thus keeping potential new investors away. You have to ask yourself; With the bid and ask where it is today do you think anyone looking at this company for the first time would buy into it? With the games the MMs could play, by controlling most of the stock, they could very well be the only ones that end up making money while the company ends up on the skids. It wouldn't be the first time that the MMs ruined a company with a good plan. This is just my opinion of course. Is there anyone out there that can offer more light on the problems that could evolve if the market makers take control?

Tom B.
