The private placement is done. We have great strategic partners invested from both the technology industry and the insurance industry. Also, don't want to forget Tudor (billions under management). There is no longer any uncertainty about shareholders stake in Healthaxis because we now know it well be a roll up with a new symbol, new name (Healthaxis) and a little extra cash from the sale of the remaining insurance biz. With all that structuring and finance out of the way, management will be focused on executing their strategy. I exepct to hear a lot more very soon about their alliances and maybe some new portals. The stock will blow thru $45 on the next round of internet related news.
