Roger, Gold Country Securities is in theory a separate entity. They are an arms length supplier of a service. If they are a part of PABN/PRWT then this fact has not been disclosed. I wonder if this lack of disclosure may be a problem with the NASD. In any event it is material to PABN and has not been disclosed previously by them either.
