George,

If the halted trading has no more impact then as indicated by DCTC new releases and we are able to get trading again by the end of next week(or relatively soon). I hope many shareholders sale their shares and allow me to pick up a ton more at low prices. Fundamentally the company has not changed and in fact has improved based on the release right before halted trading. Amortizing goodwill over 20 years in the future appears to be the biggest impact from the change in accounting practices to me. What happens to past balance sheets is totally irrelevent to me.

All this pink sheet stuff is nonsense (IMO), Colin explained what it takes to get back on OTC anyway, so that is a wasted topic to discuss IMO.

As for legal issues, I only hope DCTC does not spend much effort or much cash. You can't squeeze juice from a dried lemon. I am hoping the release was intended to mostly re-assure shareholders of the company's true position on all those issues or some other company position indicator to relevant parties.

I agree with many of Colins post and I will be right with him once the initial panic shareholders are done. I really hope we get a good safe buying opportunity out of this mess. DCTC has shown me that they DO CARE about the shareholder (ie. Dividends, SIGNIFICANT Growth, and MOST IMPORTANTLY minimal share DILUTION over time), and I think management will eventually bring us a good shareprice, and I think I will make money on this one with a little more patience. I look forward to 4th quarter figures and year end numbers. My only disappointment with DCTC has been postive income. This is what truly makes a good company and this what business is really all about (making money). Maybe now that we are out of the M&A stage, and based on cost efficiencies that have been noted in other news releases, DCTC can concentrate on the bottom line of this company. I know many here only care about revenues and industry comparisons (which are relevant) but to me the BOTTOM LINE is what sets a company above all others and will ensure shareholders of fair share price appreciation.

To the FUTURE with DCTC... I remain here SOLID.
