Check the actual "sold" shares by insiders under SEC Form 5. Not one share sold by Management. " Geothermica" is the lawyer who held Dr. Jackie See's interest in the patents the company thought it was buying form Dr. See. Turned out otherwise, but we bit the bullet to obtain full rights to the See patents. .All of the details will be in our 10K we are trying to file this month. Dr. David P. Summers
