XLSW is acting strangely no question about that. Yesterday the markets are up and xlsw goes down; today the markets are down and xlsw goes up. From a TA perspective its close to getting above its MACD center line which will then allow it to move up more easily. As for someone accumulating, you may be right but i think it has too small a float for institutions. Hopefully next week will be better.
