Ron - historically, BAY was rather leaky, i.e., analysts tended to get wind of things to come. However, since the disastrous NYC presentation, Roth and House have helped to provide a *common interface* to the public that could make Mr Arthur Levitt proud. Still, *axes* tend to track companies with independent sources. If I were them, it would not be difficult to figure out how many big RFPs out there, who are the bidders and which of the competitors has a better shot.
It is especially interesting when AG Edwards has not tried to talk the price down. So, your suspicion is not w/o merits.
IMHO, NT has still way to go to catch up with her peers, so I think there is a lot of room to move, especially if she are getting signiticant wins OOH and containing her cost OTO
