I finally stopped out of PCLN but I will probably go grab some dinner soon. Check out RACE's book value, cash and sales per share. I am surprised anyone would pay $5 for them much less a buyout premium. But Briefing doesn't repeat the usual trash so it bears watching. biz.yahoo.com
