Rick, you state:
The reality is that a programmer that can be billed out for about $150,000 per year with even 20% margins brings in $30,000 in earnings. How much would you pay for a $30,000 stream of income ? Let's say you're not greedy and just want a 10% return on investment and you have $300,000 as your programmer worth.
Right now the USWB market cap translates to around $1,000,000 per employee (and keep in mind some are admin and not billable).
In today's market, I don't see why this is that terrible. 30K on 1 Mil is about 3%. This gives you a PE of 33 or a PS of 3. Out of all the companies to pick on for fundamentals, why choose USWB. How about AOL that a income stream of about $300 for every subscriber valued at 22k. Or Yahoo with a what a value of 30 Million for every employee. What are the companies with better ratios? I can name a few greats with worse - MSFT, CSCO, YHOO, AOL...
