Semis on fire ... who could have guessed? Loaded up on the last knockdown and will wait now. DELL ... two quarters ago I posted that DELL was in a transitional phase, locked in a trading range. Long-term investors will be awaiting confirmation that DELL can still sustain growth this earnings report, else they will be moving on to higher growth areas. I suggested to friends some months ago to take long-term capital gains on DELL and to enter QCOM/CSCO instead ... CSCO .... still holding positional trade and leaps. A couple of months ago others thought they saw a H&S chart formation for the stock, instead I saw the strongest forward guidance the company has produced for many a quarter and hope the overall market will continue to cooperate.
