Boxing is yet another tool that the big kids have that we don't, and is simply holding a short position while at the same time holding a long position. This is a great tool for a case like this, because if they try to dump any more shares the price will go down to zilch. By building a short position, they can get rid of their stock one way or another at about the current price.
