Network Express announced a stock swap with Cabletron at .1388 shares. Netk was down 2 points on the news as recent price declines in CS stock made the shares worth around 10.25 as CS trade 79.5. This deal is yet to be approved, so it's not done til the fat lady sings. Is there a chance of competitive bidding? Mark
