What specific strategy does Amazon have that can't be duplicated? They have "early adopter" momentum and if you want to class that as an Internet strategy, then I'll concede that it is their big one. But I don't know of any proprietary technology or strategies that Amazon has other than that and giving $5 for $4. But others have joined AMZN in the give-away game. As the early momentum of the Internet fades, so will the early momentum advantage.
