Rex, I like their battery mangement products( a winner of this year's EDN 'product of the year' ), their new SCSI products(for new LVDS SCSI technology), integrated current sense products, and of course, their older product lines, PWM controller, LDO's etc... I think battery managment products from Bechmarq should really take off with notebooks and celluars.

When you look at Micrel's, or Semtech's data book, Unitrode is much superior. Bechmarq merger gives them another dimension, Power managment pluse Battery mangement.

Their new fab they invested last year really come at the right time, foundries already raise wafer prices last quarter.
