We will see. It keeps hitting new highs but as these prices the buyers of the stock must believe this team is going to sell for at least $400mm. I doubt that will happen. LA dodgers sold for $300mm+ which included three pieces of real estate, all prime pieces too. Will be interesting to see how this one pans out.
