In Fred's anxiousness to buy DOCs, he apparently blurted to analysts that he was willing to pay more than the original deal. Royal Fund manager reported to NP that he bought a whole bunch of PC Docs at around $9 after hearing Fred. Too bad... more expensive for HUM shareholders. $11 cash deal instead of the 1 for 3 share merger, plus, no tax loss because it is a purchase instead of merger, and on top of all this, HUM now has to support PC Docs CEO's rich salary.
