If I may...

What's your take on what would happen to the share price if Mr. Gordon repudiated the RCLA deal and 26,666,666 shares were removed from the base of shares registered for such plan?

Self-explanatory I would think. Is there really a need to keep repeating the same question then?

Do you believe that if we achieve that, that would indicate maliciousness towards the shareholders?

If achieved, no. Hounding the thread with it in the meantime, prior to any possible and/or theoretical action, yes.

What do believe would happen if Mr. Gordon were to decide to appoint James Guild as CEO and confine his role to Chairman of the Board?

Do you consider this to be a realistic expectation?

Do believe that our chances for finding sources of financing would improve or decrease?

If you say improve, then next is would the choices of funding vehicles be more friendly to the company or more hostile than the deals we are now enmeshed in?

I don't know myself, personally & beyond any iota of doubt, that the "deals we are now enmeshed in" (as you refer to the PP) are definitively friendly OR hostile. Do you know for certain which it is - definitively and beyond doubt? And, if so, on what do you base your definitive conclusion?

I'm truly interested in your answers to the above questions.

As we look forward to yours as well.

Your answers will beg more questions and we can move forward in better understanding what options TSIG has before them. That's one of the main purposes of a chat thread like this.

It opens the door to constructive dialogue between interested parties.

Constructive dialogue. That would be great! No more ranting "what ifs" would be great! Just the facts ma'am.

And your earlier reference to "the discovery process" indicates lawsuit. I believe you previously indicated that your intention was to have your choice of counsel review certain transactions. Are you now stating it is your intention to sue? If so, is this intention derived from data that warrants it or is it a fishing expedition?

[These are not to be misinterpreted as flippant questions.]
