The conference call was for the most part a non-event. There was one caller who asked a million questions that were all just about the same regarding the ASSI transaction and its timing. I thought that was already discussed and old news. There were two points that were not in prior press releases that I noticed. The Pizza Loca 'shareholder' litigation against the company has been withdrawn. That is certainly good news. The other good news is that the early impressive results in Arcadia and Woodland Hills along with the longer history of the Brea location have raised the visibility of CHGO to investors and also to developers. I think that now if CHGO management talks to potential invostors or analysts they really have some numbers of substance to show them. Also, now that CHGO has been proven a successful formula, developers with projects in mind are contacting CHGO to try to include them as anchor tenants to help attract other tenants based on expected large traffic to BJs. We definitely seem to be entering a new phase in the development of our company. And anopoening date for Valencia is expected for Jan 2000--the grading has begun and the foundation should be poured next.
