Marcus, I will no longer refer to this person as a 'friend'. She never was, just an acquaintance of an acquaintance. I tried to befriend her and create some professional business synergism but she got what she wanted, gave me shaft advise and never tried to help me, disappeared and has not had the guts to confront me. "There are those who think they know and then there are those that really do." She is a member of the former. I don't see any hope for profit on this one and will happily settle for 50 cents on the dollar. I am a dreamer. Good Luck
