If not GS and Merrill, who else? See Yahoo board for SMOKING MAN reports. He's got a constant big buy order at 34 3/8 and a constant big sell order at 35 3/8. Who else has the power to do this without inference from the underwriters? The underwriters themselves. Until there's more volumn they can get away with this and keep it right where it is. More other explanation in my opinion. Do you have one? Follow the money!
