no i got 5 7/8 fixed 30 year amortization but 7 year balloon with no points of any kind. I didn't feel i needed more than 7 years...that either it would be paid or i would move, etc. I could have gotten 6 3/8 fixed for 30 years with 0-0 points on that day. (i had a buddy writing the mortgage, waiving some of the points and fees) :)
