It's a joke, everyone knows Cubans could use the money and a little more freedom under the benevolent cyberdictatorship of Chairman Bill of Microsoft. We have so much and they have so little.
Using another comparison it might be simpler if NATO asked nice to see if Milosevic was willing to sell Kosovo to some wealthy megacorporation. But not everything is for sale in this world, although it might seem like it.
I read every now in the media how rich
corporations could buy poor countries. Countries are discussed as if they don't exist.
Maybe people think they are like the Czar of Russia selling Alaska. Why not consider selling Alaska to Bill Gates?
